Check-In Requirements – PLEASE check in at least 30 minutes before flight time. If a passenger has not checked into the office 30 minutes prior to their flight, their seat and/or luggage will not be guaranteed for that flight.

Guaranteed Luggage – 25 pounds of luggage is guaranteed per passenger per flight. Anything above the allowable weight will be shipped on a space available basis and at the current freight rates.

Luggage Policy – Island Airways is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged luggage. All passenger luggage or freight must be properly tagged with the name of the recipient. Island Airways reserves the right to refuse any luggage or freight that we deem improperly packaged for shipment. All luggage will be stowed in the rear baggage compartment and should be packaged accordingly.

Ticket Policy – Island Airways is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Every passenger and pet must have a ticket to board the aircraft. Refunds will only be granted when all flights of the traveling day are cancelled due to weather.

Alcohol and Passengers – Island Airways reserves the right to refuse service to any intoxicated
passenger. No open intoxicants are allowed in either of the Island Airways facilities or on the aircraft.

Pets – Large Animals must occupy a seat. Small Animals are not reserved a seat and cats must occupy a carrier.
